Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任

Job Description 主要職責

  • 接聽及解答客戶電話、WhatsApp、電郵一般查詢

  • 跟進客戶車保查詢，向客户提供報價服務

  • 一般文書工作，如電腦開單、管理data base

Job Requirement 入職要求

  • 中學畢業或以上 (擁有保險中介人資格卷一及卷二者優先)

  • 至少一年客戶服務經驗

  • 良好溝通技巧及中英文

  • 熟悉電腦操作 (MS Word, Excel)

  • 中英文輸入法 (速成倉頡)

  • 細心、能獨立處事、有責任心

What we do:
To provide financial solution to existing clients, including but not limit to

  • Risk Management

  • Retirement Planning

  • Asset Allocation

  • Estate Planning

  • Corporate Planning

Job Description 主要職責

  • Provide all-rounded financial solutions and services to existing clients

  • Establish effective working relationship withe internal teams on service delivery management for clients

  • Maintain good relationship with clients

  • Provide after-sales and financial consulting services

Job Requirement 入職要求

  • Passionate in private client service sector

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, willing to accept challenges and results driven

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to details, with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Experience in financial / motor industry will be an advantage

  • Fresh graduates / IANG / Slasher is welcome

  • Valid insurance license holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 preferred
